I understand that ABLESOAP, the parent company of Young Dancers Academy of Bradford, may require my Emergency Contact to provide identification at any time throughout the classes and Session and any/or all of the times that they may pick up or drop off my child. In agreeing to this I release the parent company and all of its subsidiaries from any responsibility to and on behalf of my child at the time of pick up or prior to drop off.
